Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning Consultant
Supported the final phase of the EU Emergency Trust Fund for Africa Monitoring and Learning System (EUTF MLS), contributing to the final monitoring and legacy reports for the Horn of Africa and Sahel/Lake Chad regions. Drafted the final country reports for Uganda, South Sudan and Nigeria, drawing on monitoring evidence, contextual analysis and portfolio results to assess achievements, challenges, sustainability, lessons learned and the legacy of EUTF interventions.

Supported data analysis, M&E, research and learning on Integrity Global/MSI's Somalia Monitoring and Learning Project (SMLP2), third-party monitoring of USAID-funded interventions in Somalia. Built and improved TPM tools, protocols and data workflows; led data cleaning, validation and analysis; produced site visit reports, TPM products and lessons learned briefs; supported partners on methodology alignment and quality checks; and maintained an external data library for traceability and re-use of evidence.

Managed the South Sudan and Uganda portfolio and supported MEL tools and methodologies across projects in the Horn of Africa window.
